Today we stood together for Tranby's Rememberance Service held at All Saints Church in Hessle.

The introduction music Adoration by Florence B Price (1887-1953) was performed by Year 12 Eleanor on her violin. Thanks to Year 7 Lilly-Rose, Year 8 Ollie, Year 9 Isaac, Year 10 Phoebe and Pre-Sixth George who presented The Gathering. In Flanders Fields was sung by the Tranby Chorus followed by the roll of honour read by Head Boy Alexander, Head Girl Emily, Deputy Head Boy Will, Deputy Head Girl Grace, Senior Prefect Conor and Senior Prefect Darcey, as we remembered those from our School community. 

The Last Post was perfomed by Year 12 Isolde, Pre-Sixth Hannah and Year 9 Harry followed by a 2 minute silence. Pie Jesu from Requiem by Gabriel Faure (1845-1924) was sung by Year 10 Abigail as the wreath was laid by Mrs Wilson, Rev Turner alongside  Alexander and Emily.
