On Friday 27th June we celebrated our excellent Year 11 students. saying goodbye and good luck to those who are moving on to pastures new!
Our wonderful Year 11 pupils came together for a much-anticipated evening of celebration at their Year 11 Prom - a joyful and emotional milestone marking the end of their GCSE journey.
Held at Ionians, the event was a fitting tribute to a group of young adults we are incredibly proud of - many of whom we’ve had the privilege of watching grow from curious Preschoolers to confident, compassionate and capable young people ready for their next chapter.
The venue was beautifully set, the buffet deliciously prepared, and the DJ made sure the dancefloor was never empty. There was laughter, dancing and the unmistakable energy of a group that truly enjoys each other’s company. Undoubtedly, one of the most popular aspects of the evening was the photobooth where friends and teachers alike captured some beautiful memories!
There were moving speeches from teachers who have guided and supported these pupils through their time at Tranby - sharing memories, kind words, and heartfelt goodbyes. For those leaving us this summer, they will do so knowing they are always part of the Tranby family. For those continuing into Sixth Form, the journey continues and we look forward to seeing what they achieve next.
Huge thanks go to Mrs Carrizales for organising such a memorable evening. Her attention to detail, care, and creativity ensured that the night was one these pupils will never forget.
