Year 11 Leon spent this weekend racing on the track at Silverstone. It was mixed weather conditions over the two days but what an experience for Leon to be racing on the UK’s premier F1 race track. These were official testing days at Silverstone for GB4, F4 and GB3 single seater race cars so a very busy pit lane on one of the longest race tracks on the F1 calendar at 5.891km. It was hard and demanding but to be able to race on such an iconic track is such a privilege following the lines of so many F1 drivers since the 1950’s.
