Head of PE, Angela Davis said ''The success of the day is as always due to the tremendous collective attitude of the Tranby community; of staff, parents and pupils. There were three records broken, a massive feat as these records have been collected over eighteen years, and have been set by some superb athletes, who have gone on to represent the area at the English Schools Athletics Championships, and won medals, the pinnacle for any young athlete.''
