Each year, Sixth Former destinations include top univerities, sought after apprentice programmes, meaningful gap years or employment. To ensure that students achieve their aspirations, outstanding support and advice is provided by a team of specialist staff. PSHCE mornings in the Sixth Form are focused on developing practical skills and knowledge for the future, as well as the application process university, apprenticeship or work.
Breakfast meetings with industry professionals give the opportunity for small groups of students to talk to people who are working within a specific industry, such as PR, Medicine, Fashion and managing your own business. In addition to this, an annual Careers Fair is held at Tranby, which is attended by local companies from a wide range of employment sectors.
