Year 6 girls end the cricket season in style

General

Congratulations to the Year 6 girls who have just had their final cricket fixture. As usual they did not disappoint, with a stunning array of hitting, bowling, catching and run-outs.

They are an extremely talented and competitive group, who continue to make excellent progress. Their dedication to sport both within and out of school is admirable.

They have won at least one tournament in all the major sports they have played this year, but importantly they have also experienced loss, and learnt from it and improved. As well as team success they have also achieved many individual accolades out of school.

Head of Prep, Cath Sweeting said ''Our Year 6 girls are such incredible role models for our younger pupils; always determined, committed and supportive of each other. They have put girls sport firmly on the map at Tranby and I am very proud of all they have achieved.''

We could not be more proud of them and wish them well as they move througn to the Senior School.
