We offer Wrap-Around Care for pupils in Reception to Year 6 until 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Morning Care is available for pupils in Reception to Year 6 from 07:30 in the Refectory.
Morning Care needs to be booked in advance using the link that is emailed every Friday by 09:00 Monday morning for that week.

Extended Day is available from 15:20-18:00. Between 15:45-16:45 it is free of charge for pupils in Reception to Year 6. Delivered by Tranby Prep Staff and our After School Care team.
Our Aims of Extended Day:
- Enriched learning - active, creative, academic.
Our after school activities will encompass 3 areas of enriched learning: active, creative and academic as a 7th lesson of the day. Hence the name, 'Extended Day'.
- Inclusive of all pupils from Reception to Year 6
All pupils will be offered a variation of teacher-led, After School Care themed and sometimes, external activities each evening.
- Teacher-led using specialisms and passions to inspire our pupils
Teachers will use their subject passions and specialisms to teach pupils new skills and knowledge beyond the curriculum.

- Choice not just need
We understand that our parents require wrap-around care due to work commitments. We also want our pupils to access our Extended Day provision as they choose to. To ensure this we will offer a variety and endeavour to spark interest and excitement with every club we offer.
Alongside our Extended Day, we offer a number teacher-led activities and after school clubs provided by Fit4Fun, led by Tom Farrow and his team whose enthusiasm and commitment to regular participation in sport, health and active living has enabled them to establish a valued reputation since 2008.
Beyond 16.45 we offer After School Care until 18:00 costing £5 (without tea) and £7.50 (with tea) lead by our After School team.

Late Stayers for Siblings
If your child has older siblings in the School, we will look after them without additional cost until their sibling’s school day has ended. They will be escorted to the pick-up area at the front of the School at the appropriate time (either 15.45 for a Prep sibling or 16.00 for a Senior sibling).
