Level 3 Food Science and Nutrition Chef Demonstration Evening

Last night Year 9 and 10 pupils and parents were invited to a professional chef evening hosted by Sally East. This is part of the Level 3 diploma course in Food Science and Nutrition on offer in the Sixth Form as an A Level equivalent.

They enjoyed watching the culinary skills of chefs Tim Bell from Ceruttis who demonstrated cooking fish, Mike Rohtlaan who cooked Chateaubriand and Tranby Food Technology teacher, Cathy Young who cooked deep fried soft boiled egg with asparagus and chorizo. 

Huge thanks to Mike Rohtlaan and Tim Bell for an inspiring evening.
