Year 5 Ruby

Ruby in Year 5 has taken on the challenge of completing over 5,000 steps per day throughout March to raise money to support the Hull Animal Welfare Trust. Her target was £250 and managed to raise £200.

Ruby said, ''It was a bit hard to start with fitting in all my school work and other activities around it but I really enjoyed walking. I took my dogs, Sherlock and Watson every day after school. I love animals and just want to help.''

Ruby continues her plight to raise her target and would appreciate any donations towards her favourite kind of cause; animals. You can donate to Ruby's GoFundMe page here.

The Hull Animal Welfare Trust have sent her a thank you card and an invitation to visit when safe and able to do so.
